Please read the ordering information below before filling out the order forms.

As we breed our butterflies especially for your wedding day or event ~ at a minimum we require 6 weeks notice for breeding purposes. Although to secure your date in our breeding schedule we recommend ordering with as much notice as possible. We are currently taking orders up to 18 months in advance.

As our breeding schedule does book out we recommend that you order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

We may be able to fill orders within a shorter time period, subject to availability. We generally have some butterflies on hand for events where notice is not possible (such as funerals). If your event is less than 6 weeks away please > contact us to discuss availability.

Please note: Availability of butterflies is seasonal, as butterflies as cold blooded they will not be available for releasing during the colder winter months (depending on your location ~ but generally between June to August).

A 50% deposit is required to secure your order, with the balance due 7 days before delivery (100% deposit for orders under $250). Deposits are refundable up until 6 weeks prior to delivery. Thereafter deposits are non-refundable.

We happily cater for any number of butterflies. Below is our price list for our "Popular Butterfly Release Packages" ~ as there are many possible combinations these are some examples.

If you have a specific butterfly release package in mind ~ please contact us for personal assistance with an individually tailored butterfly release package.

Individual Butterfly Release Triangles^TM

Our Individual Butterfly Release Triangles^TM are either White or Ivory and are secured with a Gold or Silver band. Please indicate your preference when ordering.

Butterfly Release Box or Display and Release Cage^TM

Butterfly Release Boxes ~ Box Colour: White, Cream, Matt Gold, Matt Silver, Black

Organza Ribbon ~ Gold, Silver, White with Gold edge, White with Silver edge

Alternatively, you are welcome to supply your own colour matched ribbon and we will happily add this to your Butterfly Release Box at no charge. Ribbon will be required to be posted to us at least 2 weeks prior to delivery date. Require 2 metres per Release Box.

Butterfly Display & Release Cages™ ~ Display & Releases Cages are sheer white tulle decorated with white lace trimming, and include an arrangement of fresh flowers. We will endeavour to select flowers that will complement your colour theme.

Your order should be made via our Printable Order Form, whilst referring to the our Price List. Please fill out all the details requested.

We will send you an Order Confirmation and receipt via mail within 7 days of you placing your order with us.

All butterfly orders come with easy to follow instructions so that you can care and look after your butterflies and ensure that your butterfly release meets your expectations.

In all the excitement of a special occasion - it is recommended that a designated person be given the responsibility of taking care of your butterflies and for ensuring that these instructions are followed.

There is nothing difficult involved ~ releasing butterflies at your event is easy ~ although just with any aspect of an event, having a designated person will ensure the smooth running of your butterfly release and one less thing for you to think about.

Also included in our instructions are photography tips to assist in capturing the special moment of your butterfly release on film.
